Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Prosecutor should pay my legal fees
Twice I had to pay for a lawyer to represent me at my preliminary hearing because the prosecutor and their witness were a no-show. Cant I request that they be liable for my legal fees?? Its not my fault they diddnt show!

NO! You were charged with a crime, this isn't "let's make a deal," the state has no responsibility to reimburse you.
