Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Prosecutorial Misconduct?
If a D.A.in closing arguments tells the jury that the defendent is a lier ,and that there is no such witness
knowing that there is such a witness that could help the defendent's case, could this be cause for an overturn of appeal or a mistrial?

Re: Prosecutorial Misconduct?
The fact that you failed to call this witness to testify, opened the door for the prosecutor to offer these comments.I see no misconduct on his part here.
