Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

prostitution arrest

I have been arrested twice for prostitution. I did retain an attorney whose retainer has run out. The cases have been combined. The cases were postponed until May 08. My attorney has told me the DA wants me to attend the PRIDE program. (rehab for prostitutes) I am selling my house the end of April and will no longer reside in the state of PA. I also will not be purchasing another home at this time. Will this give me any way to bargain with the DA to avoid probation?

Re: prostitution arrest

Every case is different. It really depends on the particular DA and the particular judge you are before. Did you spend any time in jail on these charges? If you spend any real time in jail, that may be something to bargain with if you are moving.
