Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

what do you need to prove in a case where a 21 yr old is being accused of raping a 15 yr old? Also if this 21 yr old is currently incarented and needs medical attention and they willl not allow it, What could be done for him?

Rape generally requires forcible sexual intercourse, either through force or threat of force. If you are referring to statutory sexual assault, then the state would need to show that the defendant knew the victim was underage.

If the hospital isn't providing the proper medical care, his attorney could petition the court to get an order to force the prison to treat him.

If he doesn't yet have an attorney, I would suggest that you get one asap.
