prtection from abuse order

I n a protection from abuse order what if the pettioner brakes the order by visiting the person she took the order out on ? Does this make it void?

This is trouble. You need to ask her to go back to Court and dissolve the PFA Order. Or else you run the risk of her getting angry and getting you arrested.

the person who the order is against must file a police report (call 911) otherwise it could go against them if the person who the order is protecting later complains of the violation.
