Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was pulled over for crossing over the yellow line by a bridge that is located on a narrow street where cars are parked. It turns out that the police searched my car after I denied them permission to search. They found a controled substance and never took me for a breathilizer or blood test. By the way I don't drink and I want to knows if this is an illegal search.

The search might be challenge-able, but it depends on the facts. First there's the stop, and then there's the search. These are fact-intensive. You should definitely talk to an attorney as soon as possible. Feel free to call our office to discuss.
