Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was pulled over on the side of the road talking to a friend, it was not technically a parking spot but I was not blocking traffic. A police officer pulled up (no lights or sirens) and asked that I move my car. I proceeded to do so and found a public parking lot and pulled into a parking spot. The cop followed me to the parking lot. He asked for my drivers license, which I complied. Another officer arrived on the scene and stated "my partner needs you to step out of your car". I asked why and he did not know. The officer said that he wanted to search my car and gave me 2 options, either allow him or wait for the canine which could be 8 hours and impound my car. Found was 2 suboxone wrappers, my boyfriend has an RX for. We share the car. In report his report the reason for the search was that I appeared nervous (which I was not!). Legal search?

It does not appear that you were doing anything illegal, nor did you act in a manner that would have aroused the suspicion of the police officers. Therefore, there was no probable cause to search your vehicle. The police officers conducted an illegal search of the vehicle.
