Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I got pulled over while on suspension my question is since i live i P.A the officer said that since the computer says im under DUI suspension if convicted there is a mandatory 90 day jail sentence, but i am currently serving two suspensions one for dui Which was 60 days started 3/19/10 and ended 5/19/10, and one for too many points on my driving record which was also 60 days and started right after the previous suspension. i want to know if i can fight this because technically after 5/19/10 im not on DUI suspension anymore im suspended for traffic violation. And i have paperwork that proves this fact.
