These are very serious charges that could result in extensive jail time. Second DUI is 30 days minimum. Reckless endangerment is the more serious charge. You should consult with and hire an attorney PRIOR to the preliminary hearing. I'd be curious to know what caused the reckless endangerment charge. Feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss.
