Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Could This qualify for time served?
I was arrested with my roommate when she had Meth para. in the house. I was charged with promoting manufacturing of Meth, and unlawful possession of a weapon. I was sentenced to 3 years probation, and 2100 in fines. The pre-trial time (from arrest to plea) took over 2 years, I have been on probation for a year now, and am almost paid off, I was told when i get paid off i can be moved to unsupervised probation.
My question is, Since I have 2 years pre-agreement that i was being drug tested and had to appear before the court and that i am almost paid off, is there any possibile way I can get my time accumulated applied to my left over time instead of going to unsupervised probation?

Perhaps. This will require filing a Petition with the sentencing court.
