Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
So, my question is: If a DA's witness intentionally tries to make contact with the defendant to entice him or her to commit a crime is this grounds for dismissal of the case against the defendant?

NO, this is an issue that can be brought up at trial to show the witness was biased or the police acted inappropriately. You need to find a lawyer who will put this to a jury.
