Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was questioned by a police officer tonight about an hour ago and he told me if I didn't tell him the truth he was going to hit me with his flashlight. He told me I'll be receiving a citation in the mail, but I'm not sure what the charge is going to be. Would I be able to fight this based on the fact that the questioning officer threatened me?

And you talked to the police because. You have the right not to talk to the police..Actually, you should have let him hit you. You could have gone to the ER and have them report the assault.
Never talk too the police. You don't have to and if you remain silent your silence can't be used against you either.
