rape/armed robbery

my brother is being charged with the rape of a clerk,and robbery of the store.he has one prior armed robbery which he did 5yrs what sentence will he get he plead guilty and is awaiting sentence.

if the previous robbery was with a gun, or a simulated gun, and he was convicted of robbery as a felony of the first degree, a new conviction for robbery f1 with a gun, or rape as forceable compulsion, will be a mandatory minimum 10-20 sentence, but his guidelines could be more.
