rape/medical report

who can i speak to about my question? i'm confuse about 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock penetration. no other physical finding, but is consistent being a one time event. so who really knows if this is from before or after the incident? boyfriend did say he was fingering victim before this happen.

You should speak to your lawyer about your question, or if you your lawyer hired an expert witness you should ask the expert. While your question may be meritorious at some level, rape case and/or sex assault case has many more points and I look at a rape case as to the big picture of the whole case. While the meds may create some type of reasonable doubt as to the validity of the complainant's story, i need to read the full discovery before I can speak intelligently about the meds.
