I was not read my maranda rights
I was put under aresst on 10/21 for posession of a small amount of majiuana, while under arrest i was not read my maranda rights as well as my friend that was put under arrest. He even said to read him his rights anf they denined him. So I'm wondering do they have to read me my rights while placed under arrest?

If they didn't read you your rights, they cannot use any statement you've made against you. Otherwise, it does not affect your case that much. You might be ARD eligible. Best of luck!
