Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i was never read my rights, and the cops used things i said against me in court and i had to plead out to get out of jail, is there anything i can do?

If you knew you had the right to remain silent why didn't you? They don't always have to warn you. For example if you were not in custody. So why run your mouth when you already knew you had the right to remain silent?
