Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I received a charge for possession of uncontrolled substance (misdemeanor) (Xanax) i had 9 of them at school and my school called the cops, I was honest to the cops about everything about where i got them and what not. I am however worried because my lawyer is having a tough time getting ARD, I am currently going to school and not getting it dropped could have severe effect on my school due to financial aid and before this i have always been a star student editor of two school newspapers. What are the chances of getting ARD?
