Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I received a disorderly conduct citation in the mail. I yelled at a car dealership after six weeks of being givien the runaround about a car I was sold with dry rotted tires. They replaced the tires the day after the incident, but waited five days to call the police. Should I fight the citation. They are falsely claiming that I kept using the "F" word.

Yes--it would not be that expensive for a lawyer
I live in your area and would be glad to be gentle with fees....you don't need any type of red flag on your record. I also know how lovable some car dealers can (NOT) be---
