Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I recently had a background check run for employment purposes. I have two summary offenses for the same incident that show up. When I looked at the docket sheet, the final action says "disposition cancelled"; however, under disposition, it says guilty. Can you tell me what this means?

I would contact the clerk of courts in that particular county to find out exactly what that means. They are your best bet.
