Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Hi I was just recently in a car accident . I was a passenger in the back seat . It was early in the morning and I was sleeping when I was woke by the crash. The driver got a dui. One girl I was with recieved an underage and a public drunkiness. They arrested both of them. They did a breathalizer on all of us . I recieved an underage as well. Than the police officer went in the car to get our belongings. He went in my purse and pulled out a pipe. So now I am being charged with an underage and a paraphanalia charge. I've never been in trouble before and am not sure how to go about this.
