Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was recently let go from the company I work for pertaining this incident. There were some purchases made on a company credit card, one purchase I do admit I made however there was conversation on repaying that with the owner of the company. I asked the owner if they could pull the amount from my paycheck. I was called into the local police barracks and was accused of theft, after an hour of interrogating I was released. Upon release I asked the officer do I need to get a lawyer or seek council. He told me at that time I was not being charged. Today I was contacted again by him and he asked me to come in again for more questioning. Should I speak with him or should I have a lawyer present with me.

You have the right to remain silent. You should avail yourself of that right. Yes, its time to have a lawyer involved.
