Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I recently got a fine for noise disturbance at my house due to having house parties. I went to court, got my fine reduced and a note that if the cops had to come again I would serve five days in jail. Last weekend I had 5 friends over and an unwanted uninvited guest showed up and would not leave so I called the cops and he got arrested. I got subpoenaed to court tomorrow for this trespassing case. Am I going to get in trouble because I had to call the police?
