Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, recently someone I know publicly made nasty embarrassing and harrasaing comments about another online on Facebook. He specifically typed in her full name and named her as the mother of his child. Is there a way to charge him with harassment or slander or something of that nature

So did they comment on you? If not then there isn't much you can do about it. It's up to the allegedly injury person to make a complaint.
