Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I recieved 3 duis in Pennsylvania in one week. This was in 2004 and I recieved a 11 year license suspension due to I was 18 at the time so they got me for underage drinking too. Is there any way I can request something to get my license back earlier? I am a Florida resident now and have heard it could be done if I agree to never drive in Pennsylvania again?

From what legal scholar told you that if you promise to stay out of PA you can get you license back. Now you might qualify for a limited use license to get back and forth to work and or school that a question for a Florida attorney.

First, you were 18 why were you drinking? Second, you racked up 3 DUIs in 1 week. I don't suppose the first 2 registered with you? Once can be chalked up to ignorance Twice stupidity the third time is arrogance.

Hopefully you're now a friend of Bill W. If not you should be.
