Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Recieving Stolen Property
I am being charged with recieving stolen property and burglary. Police did execute a search warrant on my home but found nothing. Dont they need some type of physical evidence to charge me with recieving stolen property?

Re: Recieving Stolen Property
Physical evidence would be the best evidence but they could implicate you by circumstantial evidence. A witness could theoretically state that they saw you with the stolen property and you said it was your property.
