Can your record be cleared?
If a individual had a misdameanor 20 years ago. Can that record be cleared? If so, How?

Expungement of a conviction is governed by statute. If you are over 70 and have been clean for the period we are talking about it would be okay.
If it is just an arrest, it is a petition and the DA would have to prove it was in the public's best interest to keep the record. I offer free consultations.

This depends upon the Statute and the crime committed, then you would need to file a petition before the court.
