Can my record be expunged?
I have the charge of cs13a32 on my record. It happened in 2000. Will this be on my record forever or can it be expunged? Thanks!!

Re: Can my record be expunged?
You need to be pardoned if you want to remove convictions from your record. You are not eligible for an expungement.
Of course, any politcal contacts you have can make a pardon more likely.
