Are recorded phone convos admissable in court if recorded by the defendant?
If someone were to call another person by phone and threaten them and the phone convo was recorded by the defendant would that tape be admissable in court?

They could be, however, several factors can come into play...is this a civil trial or criminal matter?....Seek out counsel to discuss this matter in more detail.
