Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Registered nurse license
I have a friend that was just convicted of a felony a drug charge and is a registered nurse in pennsylvania does she have to turn her license in or wait for the nursing board to take action she is currently working as a nurse right now.

She may want to contest any license suspension. There may be some issues or some way for her to keep her license for a period of time. The cost of fighting the suspension may be worth it.
