can i remain out on bail

if I end up being convicted of a felony 2 of involuntary manslaughter at my trial would the judge allow me to remain on bail? the bail was made withe the deed of a house in which i reside. i would just like to know what my chances are. thanks.

if you are convicted of the underlying offense and you are sentenced to jail time, your bail will be revoked and your house will be returned to its original state less the processing fee, which is usually less then $1,000. If you run from sentencing, you might have a problem. Also, if you wind up being incarcerated, make sure some on the outside can pay your real estate taxes so the government does not try to seize your property.
