Request for Admissions in Criminal Case

Does there exist in Pennsylvania a Criminal equavalent to the Civil procedure of Request for Admissions? If so, where do I find that information. (This is in regards to a summary case.)

Re: Request for Admissions in Criminal Case

We refer to it as a stipulation. For example, say you have a cocaine case. While we may dispute that you had the cocaine, where the cocaine was located, how the cocaine was recovered, etc., if we do not dispute the fact that the cocaine is actually cocaine, we stipulate to the chemist.

So the DA gives me a copy of their chemical analysis, I read it to ensure that the substance is cocaine, then I stipulate to the fact that if called to testify the chemist would say that the cocaine is actually cocaine.
