Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Resentence after parole over?
I pled guilty to two misdeamnor charges three years ago. I was sentenced to one to twenty-three months; served a month in county jail, the rest on parole with counseling. My first and only run-in with the law, and my last. I have a good life today. I've made great personal changes. I believe in the system... it works.
Towards the end of my parole last summer, I became involved with a woman I had grown to care about, though this went against a condition a of my parole. I concluded my parole last year. I'm on my own life and have a committed relationship with this woman now. We love one another, a very good and beneficial relationship.
She is now involved in a custody case where my past and our relationship during my parole may be used against her in her suit for full custody. I understand that her ex's attorney contacted my former PO and spoke with him directly this week.
Is there any chance that I could be resentenced a year after completing my parole for not abiding a condition of that parole while still under supervision?

Re: Resentence after parole over?
A lot depends on your parole officer. I'm a little puzzled by this being a condition of your parole, though.
