Restitution
The person who robbed our house may be required to pay restitution. If he does pay, do we have to return the money we received from the insurance company for losses incurred as a result of the break in?

Re: Restitution
The Court should order the restitution to be paid to the insurance company. It is by statute at 18 Pa.C.S. section 1106.
