If the procedding is conducted as if the juvenile is an adult up to $2000 the charge is a 1st degree Misdemeanor Maximum penalty of 5 years. Sentencing guidline is Resorative sanctions to 1 month in County Jail. If prosectued as a juvenile an adjudicatio nof deliquency is the proceeding, sentencing would vary.
