third retail theft

i was just arrested for my third retail theft. the previous two were in 1989 and 1994. the amount taken was $8.32. what kind of jail time can i expect if i plead guilty?

Don't just plead guilty. There may be alternatives; even a form of probation. You should definitely call a private attorney as soon as possible. We handle these cases for a reasonable fee.
