Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Retail Theft
I was recently denied purchasing a firearm because of a retail theft case in 1997. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to expunge this ( I think thats the right spelling) so that I will be able to purchase a firearm

Was there a conviction associated with the case? Was it a misdemeanor or a felony? These are the important questions. I offer free consultations.
