It's not possible to answer this because it depends on your particular county, whether this is the first offense of any kind, the particular circumstances (for example, did you just fill up and leave a gas station or did you punch a hole in someone else's gas tank), the particular A.D.A., the County, the Judge, any pre-sentence report and even a few other factors.

That being said, you are probably looking at either A.R.D. or probation and restitution.
