Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
if I retained an attorney, can he provide the prosecutor with fabricated documentation to support her case ? he never showed up to represent me at Grand Jury ,he only took one meeting with the attorney general's office on my behalf and then all contact seem to cease. the attorney general's office never did pursue charges against me however he still provide them with documentation that was fabricated about my whereabouts on a specific day, can I contact the Bar Association or is what he done within the parameters and the the right of an attorney? can I request my money back?

You need to talk to your lawyer. You can file fee disputes with the bar association and a disciplinary complaint with the Disciplinary board. The your case sounds a bit strange generally they don't use grand juries in Pennsylvania.
