Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
revoked license to practice law
I am wondering what happens once a lawyer loses his license to practice. What are the steps taken to gain it back, if possible? Thanks.

The answer depends on what precisely happened to the license and the reason why. If it is something minor, like inactivity, it is very easy to get it back. If it is something more serious, like a three year suspension for commingling client funds, the process is much more difficult. If you give me the specifics, I can answer your question more exactly.
