Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

what rights of mine were violated because i was incarcerated for cursing and threatening a victim who testified against me? I live in PA. And they are trying to charge my wife for blowing a whissle and cursing at them.

So you cursed at and threatened a victim who testified against you and you want to know if your rights were violated? None. There is no right to threaten people.
