My ex robbed a bank in Pennsylvania and got caught in the act he has no priors, what will be his sentence?

Your husband's sentence is going to depend on his charges. It would be extremely difficult to give you even a rough estimate of the time that he might be facing without knowing exactly what he is being charged with. Furthermore, I would suggest hiring a lawyer to fight for him on his behalf. If the attorney wins he might not have to go to jail at all. I will tell you that the fact that your husband does not have any priors, will defiantly help him during sentencing.
