Robbery and assault at workplace
I was robbed and beaten where i was employeed at by an employee and I was afraid to come forward with the information at the time when it had occured. Is there a statue of limitations if it happened a few years ago? In fact I filled a report against the person however I was going through a emotional impairment crisis and I am disabled. Is their something I can do at this time.

No. If you have passed the two year statute of limitations, your time to claim has expired.
