Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
what is rule 600 in PA.I have been out on bail 2/2010.My trial date keeps getting reset.Court is backed up. I show up and the court keep giving me another trial date. Do rule 600 apply to me.Next court date 2/2012. Help.

Since you're out on bail rule 600 doesn't apply. This because it limits how long you have to wait in jail pretrial. Since you are in jail it doesn't apply.
