Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Sale of mutually owned property
In a case of a married couple who are legally separated, can either party sell a car, which is titled in both names, without getting the other involved to sign paper etc.? i.e other party did not approve sale beforehand. Is this fraud by selling partner?

If both names are on the title, both have to be signed to sell it.
