Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Screwed over by a crook.
Basically my step father used my mother's credit cards and put us into over a half a million dollars in debt. She doesn't have a job because he made her quit saying everything will be fine, my mom had a son by him and we're barely making it at home because hes not providing us with the money. If creditors check before he came into our life over a year ago they'll see she paid everything perfect credit, he's frauded her basically. What can I do to get him to get her money back?

Does he have half a million dollars? If not, then he's not going to be able to get it back for you.
