Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I screwed myself. I made a false statement, and signed a paper saying I knew it was a felony when I did it. Well the detective found out I lied about my location. In all reality I was sitting in the backseat of a car when my friends robbed a house. Should I get a lawyer? Should I turn myself in and tell them the truth? Would they take my clean record in account?
