I'm screwed

someone used my name and sold a undercover some crack. i got arrested & i'm out on bond. i have a hearing coming up, what can i do?? what's the easiest way i can beat this charges if i don't have a alibe or any proof it was me??

If it was not you, you had better hope that the undercover does not identify you. I don't think there is any easy way out of your case other than that the police admitting to mis-identification.
