Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
search warrant under false information
My fiance' is in jail serving 3-10 sentence after drugs were found in our apartment. Their search warrant they recieved to enter our home was for false. they stated a CI made 15 buys in our home a month before we even lived here. Wouldnt that make the search warrant wrong and cant everything get dropped because they illegally searched our home??

Interesting case. However, it's a little late to be challenging the search warrant now that he's already been convicted and sentenced.
