Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
search warrants
When the poice have a search warrant for a residence and in the residence they find 2 secured safes, Do they need separate search warrants for those before they can enter them? Or is that included w/ the search warrant of the home?? Sincere Thanks...

The only reason police would need a seperate search warrant would be if someone was renting a room.
