Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Search warrants
The police had a search warrant and made entry while I was not home. They found some items on the warrant that were my boyfriends, but they took a lot of items that were mine and I have receipts to prove that. The police are basically ignoring me. I want to know if they had right to take items not list and items that did not even meet the exact descriptions they had. They even had the brand name and color of furniture items on their warrant, which my items were no where near those descriptions, plus I have the receipts. They think these items have been stolen from other homes. Help!
